Kim Tellin

J.D. of Counsel

Kim believes all clients, no matter how large or small their business or concern, deserve attention to detail and a personalized experience with their attorney.  Few clients fit a “cookie cutter” set of documents and each need customization to fit their particular circumstances.  Kim will take the time to listen to your concerns and goals, and work with your tax advisor and other business consultants to craft documents and advice that best meet your needs.  Kim also enjoys working with the team at Rathbone Barton Olsen on complex real estate and business transactions and looks forward to helping you with your legal projects.

Practice Highlights

Kim has worked with many business owners on all aspects of the business and personal life span, from formation through winding up, including entity type selection, organizational documents, business restructuring, buy-sell agreements and business succession planning. She looks forward to finding out more about your business needs and is happy to visit your business to better understand what you do.

Kim has assisted business owners with multiple types of business transitions, including sales and purchases of on-going businesses, mergers and consolidations, dissolutions and winding up.

Kim is happy to work with clients to resolve their various real estate issues, whether they are buying, selling, refinancing, or leasing.

Kim has been part of the Zupancic Rathbone team assisting with multiple complex tenant-in-common group sales and workouts.  The challenges associated with these projects are many and varied, and the ZR team works diligently to obtain the best possible outcome for the owners.

Kim has worked in a number of areas pertaining to nonprofits, including formations of various types of nonprofits (both charitable and otherwise), applications for tax exempt status, corporate maintenance requirements for nonprofits, and unique issues for particular nonprofits.
